Refund Policy

We at Yctpublisher  follow a return policy for hard copy books. We follow certain points.

• We would consider the book return only for 5 days.
• If the readers are not able to return book within 5 days, then book will not be returned.
• If the reader has received wrong published book, then the return policy will follow.
• If the book is damaged, then it will not be returned.
• There will be a return form that has to be filled by the reader at the time of book return.
• If the information provided is not correct, then refund will not be processed
